Remote Work Possibility: yes (2-3 days a week on the client´s office)
Type of Contract: Permanent Contract preferably

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business analysis with a focus on requirements gathering, process mapping, and agile methodologies. Knowledge of business process modeling, user stories, and tools such as Jira and Enterprise Architect are key for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct business analysis to understand and define requirements and solutions.
Develop process models and documentation using BPMN and UML.
Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Use Jira to manage and track requirements, issues, and user stories.
Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure timely and accurate delivery of business solutions.
Work with the team to analyze and improve business processes.
Participate in the development and maintenance of project documentation.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis.
Strong knowledge of BPMN and UML.
Experience in writing user stories and working with Jira.
Familiarity with Enterprise Architect tool.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Fluent in English (both oral and written).
Business Analyst certification (e.g., IREB / BABOK) or Product Owner certification.

Role: Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Analyst with expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, leveraging CRM platforms and BPMN frameworks to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and organizational performance.
Analyze data from CRM systems to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
Must have Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software development, or related domains.
- 5 years of writing User Stories, with a flexible and pragmatic approach to the pragmatic approach to Agile methodology.
- 3 years of knowledge of databases, including a thorough understanding of database management systems
- Experience with process mapping, data modeling, and requirements management tools.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
- Create dashboards and reports that support decision-making and improve customer relationship strategies.
- Hands-on experience in CRM systems and BPMN modeling.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
- Knowledge of SQL, data analytics, or reporting software is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Dutch (C2 minimum)
Preferable Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- You will write User Stories based on collaboration with the key users and the Business Analyst.
- You will maintain and update specific functional and business data functional and business data: the tool's information model, User Stories, Process Flows, etc. as part of the tool's development of the tool.
- You will work actively with with the business architect, the product owner the project manager and the Business Analyst to ensure that the development of the tool takes place in accordance with the ETCS support tool roadmap and the future tool landscape.
Must have Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software development, or related domains.
- 5 years of writing User Stories, with a flexible and pragmatic approach to the pragmatic approach to Agile methodology.
